Record of the trial court be called for.

The appeal be not listed for final hearing.

Also heard on I.A.No.26508/2012, which is an application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail on behalf of appellant no.1 Mukesh and appellant no.2 M.M.Beg.

The appellants were on bail during trial and have been released on bail after conviction.
