It is pointed out by learned Counsel for the applicant that in the original execution case after the death of Smt.

Pyari, original judgment debtor, substitution of her legal representative has already been done and that is how the cause title of the revision petition is made.

This fact has been specifically mentioned by learned Counsel in the cause title of the revision.
