writ petition no.12686 / 2013 (ravendra kumar singh & anr. - vs.-state of m.p.& ors.) 05-08-2013 heard shri s.k.singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and ms.mps chuckal, learned panel lawyer on the question of admission. though several issues have been raised by the petitioners in the present petition claiming appointment on the post of samvida shala shikshak grade-i, ii, and iii on wthe strength of the fact that they have already cleared the examination conducted by the vyapam in the year 2005-2008 etc.that had been held for making appointments on the aforesaid posts and, therefore, the respondents be directed to consider them for appointment on the post of samvida shala shikshak grade-i, ii and iii on the strength of the earlier examination without asking or forcing them to participate in the selection examination held by the vyapam in the year 2011, however, the learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing at length submits that the present petition be disposed of with a direction to the respondent/authorities to consider and decide the representation of the petitioners in similar terms as has been done by a division bench of this court in writ petition no.9134/2013 (raju vishwakarma & others versus state of m.p.& others.by order dated 03-06-2013. in view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and in view of the order passed by the division bench of this court in the aforesaid case, keeping the concept of parity in mind, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the effect that in case the petitioners approach the respondent/authorities by filing a representation along with a copy of the order passed today and a copy of the petition, the authority concerned shall consider and decide the same expeditiously, in accordance with law. with the aforesaid directions, the petition filed by the petitioners stands disposed of. c.c.as per rules. Writ Petition No.12686 / 2013 (Ravendra Kumar Singh & anr.

- Vs.-State of M.P.& ors.) 05-08-2013 Heard Shri S.K.Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms.MPS Chuckal, learned Panel Lawyer on the question of admission.
