This Court has granted an opportunity to the State to verify certain facts as it was stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue involved in the present petition is covered by a decision rendered by this Court in WP(S) No.1834/2005.

It is stated by learned Govt.

Advocate that he is required to seek instructions whether any policy is made by the State Government pursuance to the recommendations made by the UGC or not and whether the same has been made applicable to the persons like petitioner.
