Heard on the question of admission and interim relief.

The petitioner has filed this petition alleging inaction on the part of the police authorities on the complaint filed by her.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already approached the police authorities by filing a representation dated 3-7-2012 (Annexure P-5) but the same has not been considered and decided by the authorities till date.

In the circumstances, the petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2, Superintendent of Police, Sagar, to look into the complaint filed by the petitioner and deal with the same expeditiously in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid directions the petition filed by the petitioner stands disposed of.
