Petitioner is working as an Assistant Grade-II in the office of Regional Transport Office, Sidhi.

By the impugned order dated 14.7.2012, he has been transferred from Sidhi to Bhalaghat.

Challenge to the impugned order of transfer is made mainly on the ground of personal inconveniences of the petitioner due to various ailments.
