Heard.

The petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuing the appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus restraining the authorities of the respondents from illegal use of his land.

In addition to it, the prayer for issuing appropriate direction to the authorities of respondents No.2 to 4 to decide his pending representation Annex.P/5 to P/8 on some early date is also made.

Having heard the counsel, in the available circumstances, without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the authorities of respondents No.1 to 5 to consider and decide the above mentioned representations Annex.P/5 to P/8 of the petitioner with speaking order within sixty days from the date of filing the certified copy of this order along with the copy of the petition and annexures in the offices of respondents No.2 and 3.
