Heard finally with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties.

This application has been filed by the applicant for correction in the order dated 20.3.2013 passed by this Court in M.Cr.C.No.2013/2013, by which the applicant was released on bail.

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that due to inadvertent mistake, in the cause title of M.Cr.C.No.2013/2013, District Bhopal was mentioned in place of District Rewa, which has also been mentioned in the order dated 20.3.2013, therefore, the order dated 20.3.2013 be modified to that extent.

Considering the averments made in the application, this application is allowed.

It is ordered that in the fiRs.paragraph of order dated 20.3.2013 passed in M.Cr.C.No.2013/2013, District Rewa be read in place of District Bhopal.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
