Shri Samdarshi Tiwari, Government Advocate for the respondent Nos.2 to 7.

Shri Tiwari prays for two weeks' time to seek instructions in the matter that before grant of lease, clearance from the concerned authorities for felling the trees was obtained or not.

Be listed for hearing immediately after two weeks.
