Perused the PUD.

The same is a memo dated 27.8.2012 received from the Court of IIIrd Additional Sessions Judge, Tikamgarh seeking extension of time to conclude the trial.

On earlier occasion such court was directed to conclude the trial of S.T.No.01/2010 till 30.9.2012.

For the reason stated in the aforesaid memo further three months time is extended and the trial court is directed to conclude the trial in compliance of the earlier order on or before 31.12.2012 under intimation to this court.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the trial court immediately.
