1 W.P.No.1916/2013 8.2.2013 Shri Amit Garg, learned counsel for the petitioneRs.Grievance of the petitioners are that they are owner of land in question situated in Village Bariyarpur, Kurmiyan Majra Ranipur, Tahsil Ajaygarh, District Panna.
They have filed the revenue record and other documents vide Annexure P/1 to say that they are the owner of the land and their grievance is that without conducting any legal procedure for acquiring the land and giving them compensation, without hearing them respondents are entering into the land of the petitioners and carrying out certain digging activities without their permission.
Challenging the inaction on the part of Water Resources Department, petitioners have filed this writ petition.
Keeping in view the nature of grievance made by the petitioneRs.respondent No.3 The Commissioner and respondent No.4 the Collector are directed to look into the matter and if it is found that petitioners are the owners of the land in question and without following the due process of law and without paying compensation action is taken for dispossessing them or damaging the land, necessary direction be issued to the department concerned which is taking action.

4. shall pass the order within a period of one month with regard to the grievance of the petitioners in the matter.
Till then respondents No.2, 5 and 6 are restrained from interfering with the ownership and possession of the land in question.
