M.C.C.No.1315/2012 23.11.2012 Heard Shri Himanshu Shukla, learned counsel for applicant on the application for restoration of W.P.No.17888/2012.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that due to ailment he could not attend the hearing of the case which resulted in dismissal of the writ petition for want of prosecution.
