.....mishra that he may be allowed a short time to produce medical certificate in respect of the condition of dr.roop kamal pare. it is also submitted that an application for exemption from personal appearance of contemner dr.roop kamal pare for today has already been filed as i.a.no.14010/2012 today. considering the peculiar facts, we exempt the personal presence of contemner dr.roop kamal pare for today. however, she shall cause personal appearance on the next date of hearing for framing of charges. if the condition of dr.roop kamal pare is such that she cannot appear personally or cannot travel from bhopal to jabalpur, she may file an appropriate application supported by medical certificate and affidavit within a period of 15 days from today, which shall be considered on the next date of hearing. be listed for hearing on 4.9.2012 for framing of charges. con.cr.no.10/2011 on the aforesaid date all the contemners to remain personally present before this court. Full Judgment

Con.Cr.No.10/2011 3.7.2012 Contemners M.P.Acharya, V.P.Singh and Brij Kishore Lodhi are present in person.

Shri Ajay Mishra, learned Senior Advocate with Shri Rajendra Gupta, counsel appears for contemner Dr.Roop Kamal Pare.

By order dated 8.5.2012 all the contemners were directed to remain personally present today, but it is stated by Shri Ajay Mishra, learned Senior Advocate appearing for contemner Dr.Roop Kamal Pare that contemner Dr.Roop Kamal Pare is not present as her condition is not such that she can be brought from Bhopal to Jabalpur for her personal appearance.

However it is submitted by Shri Mishra that he may be allowed a short time to produce medical certificate in respect of the condition of Dr.Roop Kamal Pare.

It is also submitted that an application for exemption from personal appearance of contemner Dr.Roop Kamal Pare for today has already been filed as I.A.No.14010/2012 today.

Considering the peculiar facts, we exempt the personal presence of contemner Dr.Roop Kamal Pare for today.

However, she shall cause personal appearance on the next date of hearing for framing of charges.

If the condition of Dr.Roop Kamal Pare is such that she cannot appear personally or cannot travel from Bhopal to Jabalpur, she may file an appropriate application supported by medical certificate and affidavit within a period of 15 days from today, which shall be considered on the next date of hearing.
