Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Heard on the question of admission.
It is contended that in similar circumstances, in other writ petitions this Court has granted interim relief while entertaining the writ petition.
It is contended that since the petitioner has not been allotted any quarter at Mumbai at present, it will not be possible for the petitioner to vacate the quarter at Bhopal to shift his family to Mumbai where he has been posted.
Considering the aforesaid, issue notice of this writ petition to the respondents on payment of Process Fee within seven days by registered A.D.
The notices be made returnable in four weeks.
Till next consideration of interim prayer, no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner for eviction of his family from the quarter in dispute at Bhopal.
List along with W.P.No.14094/2011 and W.P.No.3603/2010 immediately after four weeks.
