23. 08-2013 By the impugned order dated 30.04.1992 (Annexure-6) passed in Consolidation Revision Case no. 255 of 1984/3 of 1990 by the respondent Joint Director of Consolidation, Gaya, claim of the petitioner with respect to the lands in question has been rejected by a Patna High Court CWJC No.6266 of 1992 dt.23-08-2013 2/2 reasoned and speaking order and order dated 26.04.1984(Annexure-5) passed in Consolidation Appeal No. 49/1979-80/ 99/1983-84 by the respondent Assistant Director of Consolidation, has been affirmed. Apparently, by concurrent finding of facts recorded by the appellate authority as also the revisional authority, the claim of the petitioner with respect to the lands under dispute has been rejected.
