2. The Petitioners seek quashing of the entire proceeding including the order of cognizance dated 10.7.2007 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in Complaint Case No. 2149(M) of 2007.
3. In view of the submission made in paragraph- 23 of the counter affidavit filed today that the Officials of BIADA have decided to compromise the matter, the entire proceeding including the order of cognizance dated 10.7.2007 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in Complaint Case No. 2149(M) of 2007 is, hereby, quashed.
