Date:
30. 08-2013 By the impugned order dated 17.06.1992 (Annexure-1) passed in Consolidation Revision No. 1207 of 1989 by the respondent Joint Director of Consolidation (Headquarter), Patna, draft consolidation scheme regarding allotment of chaks to the raiyats has been directed to be restored. After having heard the parties and going through the record as also on perusal of the impugned revisional order dated 17.06.1992 (Annexure-1), this Court does not find any legal infirmity or procedural irregularity warranting any interference by this Court in exercise of powers under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
