Tripathy, Sr. Advocate and opposed by Sri Amitabh, learned Additional P.P. This is a case under sections 147,149,323,307,448,379 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. So far offence under section 307 of the IPC is concerned, there is general and omnibus allegations against all the accused persons.
