MISHRA ------ For the Petitioner : Mr. Yogesh Modi, Advocate For the State : A.P.P. -------- 4/ 31.08.2013 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the Prosecution. The petitioner has been made accused for the offences under Sections 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 271 of 2012 corresponding to G.R. No. 2558 of 2012, S.T. No. 34 of 2013. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased and there is allegation against him to have subjected the deceased to cruelty and torture for demand of dowry and to have committed her dowry death. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the witnesses including the informant have not supported the case during trial. In the facts of this case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner, Amresh Singh @ Amresh Kumar Singh, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. However, the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, if true, the Trial Court shall expedite the trial. ( H. C. Mishra, J.) R.Kr.
