04. 29.08.2013 By way of instant interlocutory application petitioner seeks to challenge the Appellate order passed on 7.4.2012 during the pendency of the instant writ application whereby the order of termination of service of the petitioner has been confirmed. Petitioner has approached this Court against the said order of termination dated 19.4.2011. Learned counsel for the respondent does not dispute the fact that the Appellate order has been passed during the pendency of the writ application. In such circumstances, since the proposed amendments are connected to the main cause of action and as the aforesaid development took place during the pendency of the writ application, petitioner is allowed to incorporate the proposed amendments in the main writ application. Accordingly, the instant I.A. No. 6136 of 2013 is allowed. W.P.(S). No. 5474 of 2011 Let an amended writ application be filed within a period of two weeks incorporating the proposed amendments being allowed today. Respondents are at liberty to file response to the same within a period of 4 weeks, thereafter. List this case after 8 weeks under the appropriate heading. (Aparesh Kumar Singh, J.) A. Mohanty
