07. 29.08.2013 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits by referring to the statement made in the instant interlocutory application preferred for early hearing of the case that an amount of Rs. 69, 635/- has been withdrawn from the treasury for payment to the petitioner but the same has not yet been paid. Respondents on the other hand have contested the claim of the petitioner for payment of certain arrears of salary ranging from different period for the year 2001 and 2002 as also certain amount of Provident Fund claimed by the petitioner. In such circumstances, the matter being contested is required to be heard on merit. At this stage no grounds for early hearing of the case is made out by the petitioner. Accordingly, I.A. No. 6287 of 2013 stands rejected. W.P.(S). No. 6122 of 2012 List this case after 8 weeks under the heading for admission. In the meantime, respondents may verify the aforesaid statement made in the interlocutory application relating to withdrawal of Rs. 69,635/- from the treasury for payment to the petitioner.
