08. 29.08.2013 By way of instant interlocutory application petitioner has prayed for early hearing of the case. It appears that counter affidavit has not been filed though time has been granted on 23.7.2012. Learned J.C. to learned A.S.G.I, Md. Mokhtar Khan prays for some time to take proper instruction and file counter affidavit. In that view of the matter, 3 weeks time is allowed to the counsel for the respondents to file counter affidavit in the matter. List this case after 5 weeks under the appropriate heading for admission. In view of the aforesaid order, I.A. No. 4628 of 2013 preferred for early hearing of the case also stands disposed of.
