Anita Sinha, learned Additional P.P. for the State and Sri Manoj Kumar No. 2, learned counsel for the opposite party no.
2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has filed an application vide Cr.M.P. No. 121 of 2013 for quashing of order taking cognizance. In the said application, a Bench of this Court has ordered that no coercive action shall be taken against petitioner. Thus, I find that at this stage, petitioner has no apprehension of arrest. Accordingly, at this stage, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed. ( Prashant Kumar, J.) sunil/
