MISHRA For the Petitioner : Mr. Ashim Kr. Sahani For the State : A. P.P. ----- 4/26.8.2013 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. Petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and also under Section 18 / 20 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substance Act, in connection with Koderma P.S.
