Judgment:
IN THE HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND AT RANCHI A.B.A.No. 1056 of 2013. ----- Sanjay Singh Petitioner. Versus The State of Jharkhand Opposite Party. ..... Coram : The Hon'ble Mr. Justice Prashant Kumar. ----- For the Petitioner : Sri P.P.N. Roy For the State : Sri V.K. Tiwary, A.P.P. ----- 04/22.08.2013. Anticipatory bail application filed by Sanjay Singh is moved by Sri P.P.N. Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Sri V.K. Tiwary, Addl.P.P. for the State. It is alleged that somebody has demanded Rs.5,00,000/- from the informant through Mobile no.9204975791 and threatened that if money will not be given then the caller will cut the hands and legs of the informant. On investigation it was found that the said SIM number belongs to the petitioner. Apart from said evidence, there is no allegation against the petitioner that he himself gave aforesaid threatening and demanded money. From perusal of antecedent report, I find that petitioner has no criminal history. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstance, I allow this application and direct the petitioner, named above, to surrender in the court below by 02.09.2013. If petitioner surrenders by that time, the court below is directed to enlarge the petitioner, named above, on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Hazaribagh in connection with Mandu (W.B.)P.S. case no.193/2011, corresponding to G.R.No.2864/12, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. ( Prashant Kumar, J.) Pramanik/
