FortheRespondentsM.A.D.A :M/s.BhaweshKumar,RaviKumar &KumarRahulKamlesh,Advs. 02/27.08.2013 Heardlearnedcounselfortheparties. Thepetitionerinthepresentwritapplication,issaidtohaveretiredon 30th November, 2011, while working as Security Guard from the services of RespondentsM.A.D.A, Dhanbad. He has moved this court in the present writ application as the post retirement dues such as provident fund with contributory fund,gratuity,leaveencashment,groupinsurance,dearnessallowances,benefitsof 6thPayRevisionandA.C.P.etc.alongwithcertainarrearsofdueshavenotbeenpaid to him, though he has made representation before the competent authority of M.A.D.A.,DhanbadvideAnnexure2.
