Thepetitionerintheinstantcase,claimsherselftobethewidowofthe deceasedemployee,BholaSingh,whoissaidtohavediedinthecapacityof Shodhak in harness on 28th January, 2012, while working under the RespondentsM.A.D.A.asperthedeathcertificatecontainedatAnnexure1.
