in the high court of jharkhand at ranchi b.a. no.5014 of 2013 jitendra kumar @ jitendra kumar singh ..... petitioner versus the state of jharkhand . opposite party coram: honble mr. justice h.c. mishra for the petitioner : mr. mahesh tewari for the state : a. p.p. ----- 8/21.8.2013 heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the state. petitioner has been made accused for the offence under sections 364/120b of the indian penal code, in connection with kotwali (s) p.s. case no.707 of 2011, corresponding to g.r. no.3862 of 2011. there is direct allegation against the petitioner to have abducted the sister of the informant. the informant is the eyewitness to the occurrence. the impugned order shows that the victim lady is still traceless and even the independent eyewitness have supported the fact that she was abducted by this petitioner. in the facts and circumstances of the case, i am not inclined to release the petitioner jitendra kumar @ jitendra kumar singh on bail. accordingly, prayer for bail stands dismissed.
