2. At the outset, both the parties submit that they have settled their dispute outside the court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I allow the anticipatory bail application and direct petitioner to surrender in the court below on or before 10.09.2013 and in the event of his surrender, the learned court below is directed to enlarge the petitioner, above named, on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Koderma, in connection with Tilaiya P.S. Case No. 33 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. No. 173 of 2013, subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. ( Prashant Kumar, J.) sunil/
