At the out set, it is submitted that the parties had entered into a compromise and the alleged money had already been paid to the informant. The aforesaid submissions find supports from Annexure-2. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstance, I allow this application and direct the petitioner to surrender in the court below by 10.09.2013 and in that event the court below is directed to enlarge the petitioner, above named, on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Ranchi in connection with Kotwali ( Sukhdeo Nagar) P.S. Case No. 373 of 2011 ( G.R. No. 2106 of 2011) , subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. ( Prashant Kumar,J.) Sharda/-
