It is seen that the matter had been referred to Mediation Centre for mediation at the desire of both parties. The report filed by the Mediator shows that both parties settled the dispute and arrived at a settlement. The settlement arrived at by the parties also incorporated with the report of the Mediator and both counsel submit that the terms of settlement is agreed by both parties.
