.....(ia no. 4001/2013), the matter has been taken on board today and it was pointed out that the daughter of the petitioner has since been traced and is being produced before the court today. the daughter of the petitioner has been produced before us by the io mr. ramdev singh, dy.s.p. alognwith ms. vimla, lady constable. we have gone through the case diary and have conferred with the daughter of the petitioner, who has broadly stated that she went out of house after conferring with the respondent no. 4 but has specifically expressed her desire to go with her parents, who are present in the court today. d.b. habeas corpus petition no. 9378/2013. kan singh vs. state of rajasthan & ors. // 2 // having taken into comprehension all the facts and circumstances of the case, we are satisfied that now the daughter of the petitioner cannot be said to be in any illegal detention and deserves to be allowed to go with her parents. the investigating officer shall ensure safe passage of the petitioner, his wife and his daughter to the destination of their choice. needless to observe that it shall be required of the investigating officer to carry out the requisite investigation in the present case so as to reach to the crux of the matter as also to provide reasonable support and protection to the daughter of the petitioner. subject to the observations foregoing, this petition seeking issuance of a writ of habeas corpus stands disposed of.
