Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of as follows: The respondent shall consider Ext.P1 and pass appropriate orders in the event there is a vacancy in respect of the claim raised by the petitioner, which may be done within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
