The learned Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondent.
2. The petitioner had filed Ext.P1 application for the grant of temporary permit in the vacancy that had arisen on account of another vehicle. The complaint of the petitioner is that the said application has not been considered so far.
3. Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of as follows: The respondent shall consider Ext.P1 and pass appropriate orders in the event there is a vacancy in respect of the claim raised by the petitioner, which may be done within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
