No.19259 OF 201.========================== Dated this the 2nd day of August, 2013 JUDGMENT The petitioner is presently working as Upper Primary School Assistant in AKM High School, Malappuram. She was appointed initially as against a leave vacancy for a period of five years from 7.6.2007. Her appointment was approved from 7.6.2007 to 11.3.2008 on daily wage basis and from 2.6.2008 onwards on regular basis. Feeling aggrieved by the same, the petitioner preferred W.P.(C). No.28513 of 2011 before this Court. In terms of Ext.P1 judgment, the first respondent passed Ext.P2 order directing for approval of appointment of the petitioner from 7.6.2007 to 11.3.2008 also on regular basis. The petitioner has, now, preferred Ext.P4 revision petition before the first respondent seeking approval of her appointment from 7.6.2007 on regular basis, without confining such approval till 11.3.2008. In other words, the request of the petitioner is W.P.(C).19259/13 2 to make the order of approval on regular basis from 2.6.2008 as continuation of the aforesaid order without any break in between. It is still pending consideration. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. Taking into account the limited prayer of the petitioner for an expeditious disposal of Ext.P4, without making any observation as to the merits of the contentions raised in this writ petition, it is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P4 expeditiously, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
