This writ petition has been filed challenging his transfer from the said temple to Narayana Mangalam Devaswom. Evidently, it was without approaching the competent authority raising his grievances against Ext.P7 that this writ petition was filed. During the pendency of this writ petition the petitioner has preferred Ext.P8 appeal raising his grievances against Ext.P7 order. In this circumstances without making any observation as to the merits of the contentions raised by the petitioner this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P8 appeal filed by the petitioner, expeditiously, at any rate, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
