According to the petitioners the said appointment was made against a retirement vacancy. The grievance of the petitioner is with respect to the non-approval of the said appointment of the second petitioner. The present grievance of the petitioner is that though a revision petition was filed against Ext.P6 order passed by the Director of Public Instructions before the Government and on 5.2.2013 a hearing was conducted thereon no final order has been passed so far. The learned Government Pleader on instructions submitted that final order in Ext.P8 revision petition is yet to be passed. Considering the fact that the hearing on Ext.P8 revision petition was W.P.(C) NO. 17949 o”
2. conducted as early as on 5.2.2013 an order thereon is yet to be passed this writ petition has been disposed of, without making any observation as to the merits of the contentions, with a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P8 expeditiously, at any rate, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
