2. Petitioner has submitted Ext. P2 application for re- issue of the temporary permit in respect of a particular route. In fact he is already operating in the said route on the basis of Ext.P1 temporary permit in a vacancy on account of non-operation of another vehicle. According to the petitioner Ext.P1 expires on 07.08.2013 and if there is any delay in considering his application at Ext. P2, the same will cause prejudice to the petitioner.
