Ramachandran Nair, J In this review petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner points out that, being a requisitioning authority, they are entitled to be heard in the appeal, but no notice has been received from the Court before disposing of the appeal.
2. We have perused the judgment rendered on 16/3/2012, which shows that the State alone was heard.
3. Having regard to the fact that the requisitioning authority is also entitled to be heard, we find that the review petition is supported by valid reasons. Accordingly, we allow the review petition. The Judgment is recalled and the appeal is posted for hearing, as requested by the learned counsel for the respondents, before the appropriate court.
