Ext.P1 is the application for regular permit put in by the petitioner to operate the stage carriage service on the route Mallappally-Chungapara. I direct the first respondent Regional Transport Authority to consider Ext.P1 application in the next meeting convened for the purpose.

2. Ext.P2 is the application for temporary permit put in by the petitioner to operate on the same route. Ext.P3 is the request of the Ezhumattoor Grama Panchayath indicating the existence of a temporary need. The petitioner also points out that Cherukolpuzha Hindu Religious Convention and Maramon Convention are to start shortly.

3. I direct the second respondent to consider Ext.P2 application for temporary permit within a period one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Any other application pending for temporary permit to operate on the same route shall also be considered along with Ext.P2 application. The Writ Petition (Civil) is disposed of. smm V.CHITAMBARESH.
