Having perused the report of the learned Ombudsman, we are in complete agreement with the views expressed therein. This DBP is, therefore, ordered issuing a direction in terms of the last paragraph of the report dated 06/12/2012. Action shall follow by implementing Annexure-A judgment and also by constituting a Temple Advisory Committee. The expenses for Devaprashnam and Parihara Kriyas have to be met by the Temple Advisory Committee and the entire expenses for reconstruction of the Sree Kovil have to be met by the Travancore Devaswom Board as done in various other Temples. Let the action taken in this regard be reported, DBP No.235/12 -2- stage by stage, to the learned Ombudsman. The first among such report be filed within a period of two months from today.
