The only prayer urged at the time of hearing is for a direction to the respondent to consider Ext.P1 application for temporary permit to operate a stage carriage service on the route Chirayinkeezhu- Varkala in the vacancy of the stage carriage not KL 01/R 1600.
2. I direct the respondent to consider Ext.P1 application for temporary permit within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Any other application for temporary permit pending on the same route in the same vacancy shall also be considered along with Ext.P1 application. The Writ Petition (Civil) is disposed of.
