The petitioner is the accused in Crime No.169/2008 of Kadirur Police Station and the offences alleged are under Sections 498-A, 323, 324 read with Section 34 I.P.C. The prayer is to enlarge the petitioner on bail on his surrender before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Thalassery in L.P.C. No.57/2009.
2. It is stated that the petitioner is ready to surrender before the court and to furnish sufficient security for ensuring his appearance before court as and when required.
3. The petitioner will surrender before the court within a period of two weeks. If an application for bail is filed, the same will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed on the same date of surrender.
