The petitioner seeks to shift a transformer erected by the Kerala State Electricity Board to a place outside his property. The petitioner has suggested an alternate place in a platform available on the southern side adjacent to the State Bank of Travancore. The petitioner did file Ext.P1 petition before the first respondent which has reportedly been forwarded to the third respondent as evidenced by by Ext.P3 communication.

2. I direct the third respondent to consider Ext.P1 application on merits within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

3. The petitioner shall file a supplementary petition also before the third respondent indicating the hardship now experienced and the alternate spot available to erect the transformer. The third respondent shall on receipt of such application deal with the same as per law after notice to all the interested parties. The Writ Petition (Civil) is disposed of.
