The petitioners had moved this Court earlier by way of B.A No.9239/2012 for the very same relief. This Court after perusing the records found that it is inappropriate to grant relief to the petitioners and dismissed the petition. The learned counsel for the petitioners pointed out that the matter has been settled and disputes have been reconciled. There is no materials to show the above fact. Apart from that as no change of circumstances is pointed out, the petition is dismissed. However, if so advised, the petitioners may surrender before the Investigating Officer on or before 11.2.2013 who after interrogation, shall produce them before the JFCM Court concerned. If the petitioners move applications for regular bail before the said court, the learned Magistrate shall consider and pass orders thereon in accordance with law, if possible, on the same day itself.
