No. 2494 of 2013 ---------------------------------------- Dated this the 4th day of February, 2013 JUDGMENT The grievance of the petitioner is that, the application sought to be preferred by the petitioner for issuance of NOC as provided under Rule 5(7) of the Kerala Minor Mineral Concession (Amendment) Rules 2012, is not being received by the 1st respondent which hence is sought to be intercepted in this writ petition.
2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.

Considering the limited nature of relief sought for, this Court finds that the 1st respondent, who is the concerned authority under the relevant provisions of law to deal with the matter and to issue NOC, so as to enable the petitioner to have the requisite permit/licece issued by the concerned Geologist, the petitioner is permitted to file a proper application before the 1st respondent within 'two weeks' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, upon which the same shall be considered and appropriate orders shall be passed in accordance with law, after W.P.C. No. 2494 of 2013 -2- hearing at the earliest, at any rate, within 'one month' thereafter. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the 1st respondent for further steps. Writ petition is disposed of. P.R. RAMACHANDRA MENON, JUDGE.
