2. Petitioner is a defaulter to the respondents. As a result, revenue recovery proceedings are initiated against him by Ext.P1. It is there upon that this writ petition is filed and the prayer made is only for an instalment facility. Since the petitioner is neither disputing the liability nor the quantum, I dispose of this writ petition allowing the petitioner to pay the amounts due to the respondents in ten equal monthly instalments. First instalment shall be paid on or before 25.2.2013 and the subsequent instalments shall be paid on or before 25th of every succeeding month. Subject to payment as above, recovery proceedings initiated will stand stayed and in case of default, respondents will be free to continue the recovery action already initiated.
