Annexure-A is the Judgment of this Court in W.P.(C).No.29664/2012 wherein certain directions have been issued with regard to the release of the vehicle to the petitioner. The complaint made in the contempt of court case is that the directions have not been complied with.
2. After hearing both parties, this Court passed an order on 22/01/2013 directing the petitioner to execute a bond and also directing the authority to release the vehicle on such execution of the bond.
