2. Respondent filed O.S. No. 149 of 2008 against petitioner in the Munsiff's Court, Varkala to set aside a registered Will and for other reliefs. Respondent also filed O.S. No. 345 of 2009 in the Sub Court, Attingal for declaration and other reliefs. O.S. No. 149 of 2008 was transferred from the Munsiff's Court, Varkaka to the Sub Court, Attingal and re- numbered as O.S. No. 248 of 2010. Request is for early disposal of O.S. Nos. 345 of 2009 and 248 of 2010 of the Sub Court, Attingal.

3. It is submitted that petitioner has some urgency in getting early disposal of the suit since he is financially in difficult situation.

4. Without understanding volume of work of the court concerned I do not consider it appropriate to issue direction for O.P.(C) No.337 of 2013 -:
