Petitioner who is the plaintiff in O.S.No.231 of 2010 of the Munsiff's Court, Aluva seeks a direction for early disposal of the case.

2. That is a suit for fixation of boundary and other reliefs. Learned counsel submits that preliminary steps in the suit are over.

3. Being a suit for fixation of boundary, various steps have to be taken before the suit is posted for trial in the list.

4. The suit is of the year, 2010. I am not inclined to think that suits of previous years are already disposed of by the learned Munsiff. That being the situation, an early disposal of this suit as per direction of this court is not warranted. But, it is Original Petition (civil) No. 365 o”
