It is submitted that non-bailable warrant is pending against the petitioner and he is prepared to surrender before court. He seeks for a direction to consider the application for bail on the same date of surrender.
2. It is submitted that the case is posted to 13.2.2013 and the petitioner will surrender before the court below on the said date and if an application for bail is filed, the same will be considered on the same day, preferably.
